Youssou N’dour is one of the greatest singers to come out of Africa. Although this proud son of Senegal regularly sings in the local Serer dialect, his music is loved by people from all over the world. N’Dour has used his fame to promote various social issues in Africa. He is currently the Minister of Tourism and Culture in Senegal.
