The 55-year old Dangote business man is estimated to be worth about 16.1billion dollars as of March 2013. Although he is from oil-rich Nigeria, Dangote made his money selling essential commodities like flour, sugar and cement. He is the only African to crack through the concrete ceiling of Forbes’ exclusive list which is dominated by white males from the US and Russia.
